About Holly

From my strong love of animals as a young child, and adopting our first English Bulldog called Crystal when I was 10, I knew working with animals was something I aspired to do. My love for animals (particularly dogs) only grew over the years, as a family we fostered 12 further English Bulldogs, all who either were successfully rehomed or lived their final days with us. Watching each dog grow and understanding their varying personalities really gave me a keen interest towards training and helping them.

This led me on to studying a Veterinary Physiotherapy degree, which I am close to completing today. At the age of 20, I became the proud owner of my very own Bulldog, Barney. I was very keen to get him started with training, and found Nicky’s puppy classes. Both me and Barney had so much fun learning in class, and I was over the moon when Nicky offered me the opportunity to join as one of her instructors. Since then, Barney has completed his silver good citizens award (showing Bulldogs can too!), and is working towards his gold. I absolutely love teaching both the puppies and adult dogs, watching them all grow in personality and confidence is fantastic to see.

I look forward to meeting new faces and dogs in class!
